We'll establish what you need on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to be able to do what you want without burnout.
We'll look at various types of needs, how those differ from desires, how well you're currently prioritizing them and what changes can be made so you aren't held back. We'll look at how you'd like to feel day to day.
We'll create an affirmation specific to you and your future desires for you to use to keep you on track.

First, let's take a look at how far we've come. I'd like you to review your wheel of life and your midlife audit priority areas and action steps. Have you made changes already to bring more balance to your life? Have you taken some action steps?
Lesson 2: Working out your needs
We take a look at the various types of needs, how those differ from desires and what you need each day, week, month to be able to do what you want without burnout.
Lesson 3: How do you want to feel?
We explore the Core Desired Feelings work of Danielle La Porte to establish how you want to feel day to day.
Lesson 4: Creating an affirmation
We explore the power of affirmations and you'll create your own for you to use to keep you on track.
