Create your own Wheel of Life to start the process of examining where you're at, where there may be imbalance in your life and what needs some focus.

We'll do a midlife audit together to find out what's working in your life right now and what's not working so well. We'll establish a benchmark from which you can measure your progress through Revitalize. We'll get clear about where there might be blocks and what you want to prioritize.

I'm Rachel, the founder of Magnificent Midlife and I'm passionate about helping women bust the midlife myths about what’s possible for us, and navigate the often murky waters of midlife so you can thrive not just survive, and become who you were always meant to be.I'm dedicated to ensuring women get through the messy middle of life and into the magnificence that is available, as soon and as vibrantly as possible.  My role is to energize, challenge and support you while giving you the space to explore the myriad possibilities available to you in this next chapter.
