Here's where you start evaluating possibilities and establishing your baseline for growth. We'll be exploring what your priorities are, where you need to focus, getting the basics right, exploring what you might want to do with your next exciting life chapter. 

Action Step: Establish what your ideal midlife and beyond looks like and what you can do to get closer to it.

Midlife Audit Workshop

Ever feel a bit overwhelmed not knowing where to start with making changes and improvements to your (mid)life? Because there’s just so much to consider, right? And lots of areas of our lives could do with some work, so where on earth do you start?

This workshop is designed to help get clarity on where to focus your attention!

We take a deep dive on the areas members consistently say are important to them. And we’ll audit each together, so you find clarity on where to focus your energy and begin work on an action plan. 

By the end of this workshop you’ll have a good idea of your priorities and what you might need some help with. And you’ll be making real progress on your magnificent midlife journey. 

We’ll audit the following areas of our lives:

  • Financial security
  • Career/work
  • Caring and other commitments
  • Health and well-being
  • Relationships
  • Style
  • Fulfilment, purpose and legacy

And you’ll get clarity on 

  • How comfortable you are in each of these areas
  • Where you have issues/would like to focus
  • What your priorities are for moving forward
  • What specific next steps you’d like to take to bring about positive change

Emotional Intelligence

We’ve worked with Emotional Intelligence expert Nanette Irvine on this fabulously useful and practical workshop.

In it we look at how to cultivate greater self-awareness, what to look out for, how to change our emotional responses and cope better with change in our lives. Because the quality of our lives can increase dramatically when we know ourselves well enough to get out of our own way!

Change takes willingness and time to actively implement a new behaviour

  1. Identify a specific change you would like to make
  2. Work out how and when you will practice those changes
  3. Take time to take notice…. Be consciously aware of making those changes
